capacities and supporting decision-making through studies and
research in security fields.

Prince Abdulaziz expressed gratitude to the Arab interior
ministers for their continuous follow-up on NAUSS activities,
and to the members of NAUSS Supreme Council, administration,
and staff, for achieving the targeted goals of NAUSS strategic
plan 20192023-. He wished them success in implementing the
new university strategy 20242028-.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud congratulated the graduates,
expressing hopes for their continued success in serving
their communities and countries and wishing them further
achievements in their careers.

Dr. Abdulmajeed Al-Banyan, the President of NAUSS, delivered
a speech during the ceremony, expressing gratitude for the
unlimited support that NAUSS receives from the government
of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the host country. This support
enables NAUSS to fulfill its role as an Arab entity dedicated to
building human capacities and conducting scientific research
in the field of security. Dr. Al-Banyan extended his appreciation
to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman
bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince for their
continuous interest and support accorded to the university and
to all matters that enhance joint Arab efforts.

The ceremony included a visual presentation of NAUSS
strategy 20192023- and its achievements, along with an overview
of its efforts to enhance joint Arab security cooperation and its
role in developing advanced partnerships with international
institutions to serve its goals and strategic vision.

Mr. Othman Belbeisi, the Regional Director for the Middle
East and North Africa at the International Organization
for Migration (IOM), delivered a speech, commending
the Kingdom›s implementation of numerous pioneering
development initiatives, particularly in the areas of border
management, migrant labor, environmental reform, and
climate change. He also acknowledged the Kingdom›s leading
role in the international system.

In their speech, the graduates, represented by graduate
Bandar Sayah Almutairi, expressed gratitude to HRH Prince
Abdulaziz bin Saud for attending the graduation ceremony and
honoring the top graduates.
